This 30-minute session is available one-on-one or with a family group and can be conducted in person or virtually. Ask your questions in real time and leave with practical, science-based insights you can apply immediately.

50-Minute Comprehensive Nutrition Consultation

This in-depth initial session includes a full review of your health history, current lab results, and personal health goals. You’ll receive personalized nutrition education to help you understand the “why” behind your food and lifestyle choices. Together, we’ll develop realistic, tailored goals to support your long-term health.
After your visit, you’ll receive:

  • A written summary of your personalized goals

  • Access to our introductory nutrition packet, covering the essentials of healthy eating
